(GiG) has recently concluded its acquisition of a big network of casino affiliate websites including Askgamblers, Johnslots, Newcasinos, and a few other smaller domains from Catena Media Plc. The announcement of the transaction was made on December 15, 2022, and GiG has now completed the acquisition and has begun the process of consolidating these assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GiG is optimistic about the opportunities that Askgamblers presents and is eager to begin utilizing its innovative SEO and marketing technology along with the Askgamblers\u2019s website extensive knowledge. The goal is to boost growth and improve profitability, with a focus on maximizing the potential of the Askgamblers domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Richard Brown, CEO of GiG, commented on the acquisition:<\/strong> \"We are thrilled to add another top casino affiliate site to our portfolio and believe that it holds great potential for growth. The acquisition not only broadens our reach but also increases our revenue diversity, reducing our overall operational risk.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition was conducted through a share purchase by Innovation Labs, a subsidiary of GiG, of the shares of Catena Publishing and Catena Media doo Beograd.
