Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) has recently concluded its acquisition of a big network of casino affiliate websites including Askgamblers, Johnslots, Newcasinos, and a few other smaller domains from Catena Media Plc. The announcement of the transaction was made on December 15, 2022, and GiG has now completed the acquisition and has begun the process of consolidating these assets.

GiG is optimistic about the opportunities that Askgamblers presents and is eager to begin utilizing its innovative SEO and marketing technology along with the Askgamblers’s website extensive knowledge. The goal is to boost growth and improve profitability, with a focus on maximizing the potential of the Askgamblers domain.

The acquisition not only broadens our reach but also increases our revenue diversity, reducing our overall operational risk."

The acquisition was conducted through a share purchase by Innovation Labs, a subsidiary of GiG, of the shares of Catena Publishing and Catena Media doo Beograd. The consideration for the deal, on a cash-free and debt-free basis, was set at €45 million,with €20 million paid at completion and the remaining balance to be paid in two instalments on January 31, 2024, and January 31, 2025.

GiG is known as an online casino operator either, they own such casino brands as Guts.com, Rizk.com, Betspin.com, Thrills.com и Kaboo.com and some others.
